SECURE PAYMENTS
Payments can be made securely using your credit or debit card or PayPal account via our online shop.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Jo Cranston cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions you give to the delivery company. If, for example you ask the delivery company to deliver to a different location to the one you gave at the time of your order e.g a neighbour, shed or garage, we cannot cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your order.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us to let us know the reason for the return at [email protected]
If your return is accepted, we can send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. The cost will be quoted at the time the refund is initiated. You may wish to return your item via your own courier at your own expense.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If using your own courier, please send using a fully Insured, Tracked and Signed For service and retain a Proof of Postage or receipt.
Any items returned will be at your own expense and Jo Cranston cannot be held liable for items that fail to reach us. Returned items need to be clearly labelled.
Please pack your items carefully to prevent damage in transit.
REFUNDS
Once we receive the returned item(s) a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 working days. Any original shipping charges will not ordinarily be refunded. You will receive an email when you payment has been processed.
LIABILITY
All goods are supplied by us on the condition that our liability for any fault or defect in the quality condition description or fitness for any purpose is limited in amount to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods.
Colour matching – Whilst every possible effort has been made to achieve the closest colour matching, exact matching between different batches of production cannot always be guaranteed. No liability will be accepted for any loss of profit or consequential loss or damages arising from failure to match exactly.
DATA PROTECTION
Your details will never be passed onto a third party and you will not receive any advertising from any other company through Jo Cranston.
COPYRIGHT
The content of jocranston.co.uk and jocranston.com including the logo, photography, images and design is owned by Jo Cranston, Jo Cranston Knitwear and Jo Cranston Design. Printing, copying or downloading the material for commercial use is prohibited.
GENERAL
– The right is reserved to vary these terms and conditions at our discretion.
– All contracts with the company shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
